Living not striving…

things I have enjoyed over the last few days:

• days moderate enough to enjoy Ebeneezer and Jebaily parks with the boys
• some kick-butt work-outs (Marci’s 9:15am M/W/F class at the Y will make you cry)
• vegging out and watching “The Baby Borrowers”, a new summer reality series
• laughing hysterically w/ Mark and the boys as we watched the show “Wipeout” (these commentators make fun of contestants on this crazy, physically harmful game show)
• spending some time with my sister Maura and nephew Reilley
• a fun cookout with friends I haven’t seen in ages
• finally finishing a conversation with Crystal while our kids played on their own at the park (we were watching)
• answered prayers, sweet friend’s husband was released from the hospital this week:)
• hugging Cookie’s neck on her bday

things I am looking forward to over the next few days:

• celebrating Tom Chapman’s 65th birthday with him tomorrow (God is so “more than we can ask or imagine!”)
• getting together with friends over the weekend
• spending Mark’s day off with him
• greeting Michael, Vanessa and Matthan Brown to Florence as they move here this week (Yea!!!)
• watching McCall get all excited about Art Camp next week
•  watching fireworks somewhere this weekend (the 4th of July is my favorite holiday next to Christmas and it truly is a close second.  More on that tomorrow:))
